We only accept returns if your product arrives damaged or defective.
Just make sure to record a clear unboxing video for proof and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Approved returns will be processed as store credit or a replacement, not a money refund.

We usually dispatch within 2–4 business days after you place your order.
Once shipped, your loot should reach you in 7–10 working days, depending on your location.

You’ll get tracking details once your order is on the way 📦✨

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also DM us on Instagram @lilloot.official with your order ID — we’ll help you out!

Currently, we don’t offer COD — but we’re working on adding it soon!
For now, you can use UPI, debit/credit cards, or other secure payment options at checkout.
