RETURNS -

- To be eligible for a return, you must record a clear unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time. This helps us verify the issue.
- Requests without video proof will not be accepted — we want to keep things fair for everyone 💛
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
REPLACEMENT OR STORE CREDIT -
- Once your return request is approved, you can choose between:
- A replacement of the same item (if available), or
- A store credit of equal value for your next loot ✨
- Refunds are not issued in cash or to your payment method.
SHIPPING -
- Packaging is done directly by us with all the love and care it deserves 💫
- Shipping is handled by trusted third-party partners. While delays can happen, we always ensure your order reaches you safely.
